Kemayoran, Jumat 6 Hijriah Tahun 1438 atau 7 Oktober 2016 SD Negeri Kemayoran 15 Kembali menggebrak Kecamatan Kemayoran dengan aksi Pawai Masal dalam rangka memperingati Tahun Baru Islam 1 Muharram 1438. Kali ini Pasukan LIBEL's tidak sendirian, bersamaan dengan SLB 03 Jakarta lengap dengan sebagian orang tua/wali murid ikut hadir meramaikan jalanan sekitar Kemayoran. Meskipun agak sedikit membuat jalanan tersendat, respont warga sekitar terhadap pawai 1 Muharram ini sangat positif.
